If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 Days Easy Return Policy.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear pictures of the product (if damaged or wrong).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are made through bank transfer or the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll need to share your bank or Easypaisa/JazzCash account details for refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, we can exchange your product instead of issuing a refund (subject to stock availability).
